Placed Orders will receive a notification with the order details, including tracking information.

Please be aware all product cases are shipped in an individual box to assure safe & accountable delivery to your home!
Returns are accepted if the item is unused and in its original condition, once inspected we will refund the full order amount deducting the shipping & handling charges for the return item.
– Refunds will be issued as soon as the product is received and inspected.
If your order arrives damaged, please e-mail us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but we will do our best to find an efficient solution.
However, if you want to cancel an order, you must do it within 1 business day from the time of ordering.
